Nutrition was about food and healthy. I learnt what is better for eating at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also before a match. A match for example it can be a before match or a tennis match. What I mean is like what you must to eat before do sports, if you eat one chocolate muffin before doing sports it is bad for your body but if you eat a banana that's better than chocolate muffin for your body and your health.
We learnt too about proteins, nutrients, fats... I think is such an interesting subject.
